INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING FOR FDFT7?
SUBMISSION AND ENTRY RULES FOR FDFT 7:• Entries must be bowhunting/archery related or orientated. • Round 1: Rough Feature Film submitted by JANUARY 31ST, 2017 for initial review by FDFT Film Review Panel. (8-12 Minute FILM) • FINAL SELECTION: FILMS CHOSEN FOR FDFT7 (2017 TOUR) WILL BE ANNOUNCED MARCH 15TH. • Finalists: Final Teaser Trailer submitted by April 1ST, 2017 for use in FDFT7 Marketing Campaigns. • Finalists: Final Feature Film submitted by April 15TH, 2017 for use in FDFT7 show reel.
• Entries must have a production date during calendar year 2015/2016 and must be native, High-Definition footage.
• Filmmakers can submit multiple entries.
• Film entries chosen are exclusive films used for the duration of the FDFT7 Tour Season and are not to be used in other film tours, festivals or kind events. Films will be released for Filmmaker on August 15th, 2017 for use for public release.
• Films must not previously be displayed online prior to this Full Draw Tour 7.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SELECTED FILMS FOR FDFT7 & ELIGIBILITY DETAILS:Requirements for film submission & ELIGIBILITY DETAILS: 1. FDFT7 submissions should be approximately 8 -12 minutes in length. -Longer films may be accepted at the discretion of Full Draw Film Tour. 2. 20 second max end credits for cast, crew, sponsors, etc. (Sponsor mentions must be in end credits only.) 3. Filmmaker photo or film company logo and website address. 4. Photo stills from film project (5 minimum). 5. Up to 500 word description of film. 6. Up to 500 word filmmaker or company bio (All Photos and stills must be submitted on Thumb Drive or E-mail in print quality resolution & format, 300 dpi in JPG TIF or EPS. Film description and filmmaker or company bio must be submitted as a typed word document .doc.) 7. If you have copyright material in your film you must be able to provide legal documentation of your license &/or permission to use it. 8. Films with copyright material that do NOT provide this documentation will be disqualified. 9. The following are NOT permitted in this years films: Subtitles, Sponsor Logos, Inappropriate Language. 10. Programs with audio or visual defects will be disqualified. 11. Accepted submissions will need a Teaser Trailer ranging 1-3 minutes long to be uploaded on FDFT’s Vimeo page. (We will coordinate instructions on uploading your teaser to YouTube/Vimeo. Teasers must be uploaded in the H.264 format.)
NOTE: FDFT encourages fast paced action packed films with character interaction and comedy. The audience feeds off high paced action. Shorter films are better received from the crowd. Good luck and we can’t wait to see your submission!!! >> Please preview your entries before entering.
